Purple Pom poms …

front and back!

Last Friday I showed one of the alliums about to open whilst one other had already opened, all the rest were in bud.  Back in the garden today virtually all of them are now open or opening. 
There are some in the front garden too (left) with the bonus of a Clematis Montana come over the fence from next door.

A warm day but with the threat of rain though we haven’t had much. One lot of washing done and a quick trip to Bingley for some shopping. I took a bag full of books to Bingley station, the bottom shelf the bookcase was empty apart from a spider so I think I will bring more.
