Getting stuff done

Seven volunteers, including me, answered the call and turned up to fix the rotten raised beds in the school playground today. The sun came out for us and it was great to get stuff done and have a bit of chat and a few laughs too. A bit of a relief as I had worried that hardly anyone would turn up.

The only downside was that the strawberries we planted last week had been uprooted! I hope it was foxes but I doubt it.

In the afternoon, I was out at the Dovecot Studios to see their Kaffe Fasset exhibition, followed by drinks in the sun afterwards. Some good catching up, talking about future plans, and reminiscing done!

It definitely felt like Summer today.
