New recipe

Met up with ‘E for a drink. Then back home. Made a (vegan) lentil loaf. Came out pretty well for a first attempt. Enough left for a couple of days. Added some if Mr B’s tomato sauce (which he simmers for hours). And asparagus as you can see.

Watching Italian news to catch up on the flooding etc. More bad weather due tomorrow in Piemonte and Catania. Mr B has been watching the tennis in Rome all week - constantly suspended due to rain.
