Singapore Sling

Well my sister is on her way back from Australia, via Singapore. It has seemed pretty quick to us even though they have been away for a month. We have just got used to having Misty and she has settled in so well. We have her for another week while the jet lag wears off, and then they will be up to collect her!
Helen sent me this photo of her final holiday drink in Singapore…a Singapore Sling of course! I’ve never tried one but the ingredients are amazing:
Angostura bitters, gin, lime juice, Cherry liquor, Grenadine, cointreau, Bénédictine, pineapple juice….I wonder if she could stand up afterwards??
