Seal watching.

At Out Head at West Sands, St Andrews again. We watched a seal (not for the first time here!) and listened to cooing calls of eider ducks further up the bay. A pleasantly warm day on the beach; shorts, T-shirt and no fleece!

Watched the European Challenge Cup Final this evening. Underdogs Glasgow Warriors’ performance was disappointing after an encouraging and entertaining season. Star studded Toulon won the 2023 Challenge Cup.
