Not Everybody’s Cup Of Tea

One of the things I like in Falmouth is the Poly, they have some really good evenings there and although Damien Lewis might not be to everybody’s liking I’m quite looking forward to hearing him speak and hopefully get my copy of his book signed.

The evening precedes National Armed Forces Day 2023 based around Falmouth. A lot going on, not all of it military themed. Cornwall Council optimistically expect 100,000 visitors on the day, I wouldn’t have thought it possible to get half that number in Falmouth’s one street and the request not to drive!
If only 15,000 cars arrive for the day the journey time from the A30 to Falmouth, parking, it’s no wonder some are opting for Plymouths day instead.
