Of mackerel and fox

Yet more emails and time in the garden. Then a different evening sky. On the weather forecast this evening it was described as a mackerel sky.

As we settled down to watch Have I Got News For You, the dog went into a frenzy as a fox walked along the garden wall. It had gone behind the greenhouse by the time I got my camera out. A minute later it appeared on our neighbour’s garden shed. It was nervous with all the attention and moved before I could get a shot in focus.

The extra was the best out of focus one I could get. Maybe next time it will be good enough for the main photo.
