Fallen Petal

I've been frustrated twice in trying to do a photo trip across the river to the backwaters of the St Croix River in western Wisconsin. The first time because traffic was tied up in downtown Stillwater. The second time because I got lost. The highways in western Wisconsin have changed so much that I was unable to re-discover my old haunts. I ended up the day buying a road atlas so I won't get lost on my third attempt.

So today my photographs were close to home. My blip is from the garden maintained by the local grade school that is about a five minute walk away.
