Red Valerian

Today after a busy day N and I went for a short walk- I’m trying to make sure I get out every day for some exercise. On our walk I spotted loads of this plant Red Valerian which attracts some interesting moths so asked the homeowner if could take some - to my delight she said it was self seeded so yes I could. Now waiting to be planted in a spot in our garden. It seems to thrive in poor soil which is why I’ll put it in a funny little flowerbed by a wall.
