blipfail!!

So it got to the point where I just couldnt keep up with this anymore, but i havent given up, just taking a stand back!! 20 mile bike ride with Adam here with Lake Minnewanka in background and a ton of big horn sheep a bit later. Knee is injured after over training... marathon not looking do-able..
