250 + 50 = Maureen

Parkrun was a sunny, jolly place this morning.  There were banners and bunting and, most importantly, cakes to recognise Maureen's 250th Parkrun together with her 50th volunteer stint.  Lots of parkrunners sat and enjoyed the sunshine whilst awaiting her arrival at the finish with her honour guard and there was lots of applause and the presentation of a 250th badge.  Maureen comes out on a Saturday morning in all weathers and, even when she more wisely decides against doing the four laps, she still brings the re-ordered barcodes and collects them at the end of the event.  Well done Maureen and here's to the next 250!
