Day trip to England

Steve and I went to see Carlisle Utd. (our nearest English league team) in their exciting 2nd leg semi final playoff game against Bradford City on lovely hot (for us) day. Carlisle won 3 1 AET and will play Stockport in the final.

It's good to see some 'big' well supported old northern clubs doing well in the lower leagues rather than these wealthy newish southern clubs with few supporters.   We are yet to see much evidence of 'levelling up!
