Going, going, gone

Almost.

We have beautiful medians on all of the main roads in town. They’re landscaped with all sorts of cactus, other succulents and trees. During my drive today, I didn’t see a single prickly pear cactus flower. The cactus are all bloomed out. I did spot this lonely flower in neighbor to the left’s yard.

The flower in the extra is the same one as the blip. But the hue of the yellow is different and the petals on the blip seem more wavy. I didn’t mess with them. A teeny change in angle and sun must account for the differences. I thought it was interesting.
