Yoghurt Cake

I've been lucky enough to have a carpenter in the house adding shelves and hooks and all things generally helpful but it meant that I couldn't get into my office for some of this morning so what did I do? I baked a cake of course!

This cake is from Turkey and filled with yoghurt and 5 eggs! So the texture is amazing and it is so moist without being too sweet. Gorgeous. That'll keep the kids happy during the half term!
