Sylvia and I spent today together.  

We knitted bows for the Guinea pigs.  Sylvia has promised me photos.  We painted and then enjoyed creating cyanotypes using flowers pressed last year.

Later, we went to the park to throw the ball for Hetty.

One ice cream wasn't enough for Hetty and she begged Sylvia for some of hers. Naughty dog.

Florence and her cousin, Katy, ran the Hackney half today. Despite it being warm, they were both happy with their times. (EXTRA)
