Reunion

We had a usual Monday - dropping G to work, recycling, filling with petrol and catching up with things whilst waiting in Costa. I worked either side of that outing. It's getting busy at the "office". :)

We were taken out for a meal by my step-mum and step-sister tonight, which was exciting! Our initial venue got changed because of mixed reviews. I'm so pleased we did that because Pauline and Suzanna loved being reacquainted with Al Seef and the Bastakiya areas. They also loved the Arabian Tea House, and the food was delicious!

Meal eaten, we then walked to Baskin Robbins for our dessert. I hadn't realised it was at the other end to where Suzanna parked the car. No problem. It gave us the chance to really chat about things. We got dropped back home around 11 PM, later than planned, but again, no complaints. We're going to see them again on Saturday.
