Pisky Galore?

Goddaughter Samantha (pictured right) and her mum co-starred in production of Whisky Galore the musical last week.

Very glad I could get along to a performance, and immensely proud of them both. (and so grateful it was a genuinely good show - despite the fire alarm evacuation mid-second half!).

I think Compton Mackenzie would have approved of the adaptation of his work, as he did the utterly brilliant film in 1949.
