I was all set to photograph some magnificent rhododendrons at the top of the road today. They were a colourful spot in an otherwise grey and (on occasion) damp day. At least it was not as heavy a rain as last night during the Beyoncé concert at Murrayfield which soaked many attending. I was not there but some 4 miles away we could just about hear the music.

Instead, when walking the dog, a car and trailer pulled up and parked. A few quick shots before it moved on. According to the logo on the bonnet it is a Morris van. But from what year I cannot say. I do remember vans of this type driving around.
