An ex-pygmy shrew

Yes, sadly deceased, but such a lovely little thing that I couldn't just leave it on the road, I had to pick it up to have a good look at it. That amazing snout, those tiny feet, the whiskers!

Because they smell and taste so revolting, they are usually just about intact when you find them, but this one is especially appealing.
