Erewash Canal, Long Eaton

SATURDAY

An 110 mile drive from North Wales to Long Eaton in Derbyshire for a weekend with Harriet and George.

It was the first time we had seen their new house and I helped them to put up some pictures, a mirror and an outdoor washing line.

The photo shows the Erewash Canal which runs for almost 12 miles and terminates on a navigable section of the River Trent.
