Lily of the Valley

The rain which was supposed to ruin the Bank holiday arrived overnight and it has rained all day. A quick dash out into the garden, five quick snaps of these Lily of the Valley flowers and back indoors again. Both cats are in, both went out for about ten minutes this morning before retiring to their respective beds; in Dougal's case, our bed!

I should be supervising my grandchildren and working at their home today as it is half-term, but there are two members of the family who have gone down with bugs; I am not required until Thursday at the earliest. It also means that the proposed Indian Take-Away dinner planned for tomorrow night has been cancelled until a later date.
