Won't you come back home Bill Bailey

Today was a beach day, but when I say Beach Day, I mean, we got up, had breakfast, katerina  Laughed at our pathetic attempts to say "efcharistó" even with it written down I still find it difficult. 

Then we retired to the room; cooked on our loungers, and then slide in to the pool.  

While lazing in the pool we discuss the various people in the hotel.  

It's amazing how you can create a whole back story for them. 

There is Franz, and Greta,  who are here with Heidi and Fritz.  their Son and Daughter in law.  

There is Sports Jacket man, who walks 12 paces in front of his wife Marjorie, and who has taps on his shoes.   

There's Bambi and Dense.   Cruel.  But  she is all legs which don't work in the correct order, and he is ... dense.   

There's Grumpy Shit Face  who has a massive chip on his shoulder. 

There is Severe Hair Cut and her man.  Tattoo Neck Bear. and Nice Guy.

There are "Those four ". 

We pull ourselves from the pool, wrinkled  like prunes, and head for lunch.  Check for new arrivals.   Laugh with katerina. 

Then we headed to the beach. 

"those four" are here today, and they, like they have in the dining room - have rearranged the furniture.    Most people sit 2 or 4 to a table.    They have  pulled two tables together and sit for to two tables.  

On the beach, they have pulled all the beach beds so that they are in the shade.    They don't liike the pebbles.  They don't like the breeze.    The beach bar is too far away.   

I'm not sure why they are here.  Last night they were in the Hill Restaurant, and complained when  a beastie landed on  their table.   (they hadn't been fed at this point),   The girls quickly ran into action and  set up another table away from the open sides of the restaurant moved the chairs, and once they had finished - they turned round and "those four" have left.  They didn't  even say bye.. 

When we walk back to the hotel, we make sure they have left.   We have to stop for a wee drink on the way back.   It's quite a long walk.  

We had to stop in the next bar too.     It was quite an effort to get from the bar to the hotel.
