Our stay in the youth hostel - real old style - of Fljotsdalur. Again we had all kinds of weather, including heavy winds and hail, so we only did some small walks.
Luckily the YH has an amazing library on Iceland, the Saga’s and some really old travellers books. I enjoyed reading : Ride across Iceland in the summer of 1891 by T. McCormick.
