Tiny visitor

I went out this morning as it was a little cloudy to make a few low shots of the flowers in the yard.  This spiderwort by the back porch had a visitor that I did not even notice until I looked at it on the computer.

I love it when that happens!

A very warm muggy day after all the rain over the weekend.  Even though it was wet, a couple of my plants were drooping!   They perked back up with a shower of water from the hose.

I cleaned out some things that were not doing well in the front flower bed and I think I will get marigolds and vinca to plant there.  Colorful and will bloom all summer long.   Unless I can find something that the bees and butterflies might like.
