I have lived in my current home for almost 20 years without taking a bath.  Several times we have considered replacing the bath with a walk in shower. Today I used it

I have felt unwell since returning from Palermo and its now in my chest.  I tried for 2 hours to get an appointment with my GP as I think I need antibiotics to help shift it.  None were available when I got through.

I am struggling to breathe, my ribs ache when I cough, my nose is bleeding when I sneeze,  I have a constant headache and my tinnitus is aggravated.

I thought the steam might help and had no energy for anything else anyway.

Remembered gifted bubbles too so got out feeling soft.
