2023 Thursday — Happy Birthday

We paused our anniversary celebrating this evening to have birthday fun with our long time friend Dorothy.

Mr. Fun & I won't tell you her age, but it ends in a zero!

We were good friends with Dorothy and her first husband Stan and all lived in the same neighborhood when our kids were growing-up and going to school.

Dorothy had a second marriage go very sideways, and then was married again and living happily with her hubby, Herman, of 25 years, when he had a massive heartache and died after 4 months in the hospital. That was not quite 5 years ago.

The three of us have walked a lot of life's sidewalks together and it was fun to celebrate her tonight as we enjoyed dinner and reminisced.
