A Wee Treat

Honestly I have been on a diet for many months with no weight loss whatsoever so today I thought 'stuff it, that's me finished, I need to get back to proper eating and see what happens.'

This was a cheese cake at John Lewis but to be honest I never detected any cheese in it, very nice though. Met my daughter who is back onshore for a week so we went a wee dander round the shops.
