Simple kitchen

I’m not fancy or frilly. I prefer life in a simple manner. Not Little House on the Prairie simple. I appreciate AC and electric lights and running water. Walking into my kitchen this morning and seeing these flowers made me laugh. They’re a bit past their prime and they’re in a big soup pot. On the right side there is an antique child’s egg dish with salt and pepper shaker eggs. That’s my life—old, simple, and often quirky!!!
