A Conundrum

The Guide Inn at Hainworth, between Cullingworth and Keighley, is something of a conundrum.   A popular pub', it closed some years ago, then re-opened briefly, closed again, and still looks closed today.   The sign on the gable end has been repainted.   I'm not sure of the origin of the name but it's location at a moorland crossroads probably has something to do with it.
