Happy doggo, happy husband
Backblip.
Day 3 of the Yorkshire visit today and it was the busiest day yet! I dropped P off at his sister's house whilst I went for a wander on Ogden with pals F and K. Great to catch up and we had the best weather. Unfortunatley didn't fine ice cream at Keelham Robertshaw's Farm shop but F did find a bottle of black cherry Kraken which she'd been after for a present, so that was a win. As an ice cream substitute we had brunch as the rather reasonably priced Robertshaw's cafe just down the road.
I then nipped back to the sister-in-laws to see P's family for a bit. M was sporting some funky new hair and niece M was being her usual fab self. then we were on to see S and M and baby D who was now proper walking and talking! I spent a good while pushing him around in his little outdoor car where we has great at giving me instructions, also at repeating everything you said, he's really coming on with his language since we last saw him. No pics of D on social media, so blip is of very good doggo R instead, her and P are good pals.
Leaving Burley, I dropped P off in Idle to see his old work friend and I headed over to Hebden for food with my old work friend L. We had a great catch up on familys, music, a bit of old work news, but mainly just good friend stuff. Haven't seen her in years and post-lockdown there's just something great about seeing people in person. Then I was back to Idle to collect P, spent a bit of time with his pal and beautiful doggo B who liked to lick you out of the corner of his mouth. Then we headed back to mum and dad's after picking up an A Manos from Bingley for P. Long day!
