Mechanical Advantage (TT417)

The business end of my crimp tool - used for putting crimp connectors onto electrical cables.   A cheap and cheerful Chinese version as I don't do enough of this sort of thing to justify the cost of the Knipex (German) one.

These things depend upon mechanical advantage, the way forces are multiplied in lever systems so I can squeeze the handles myself and compress the crimp onto the cable.
