Challenged daughter to walk the Birks at least once in her four day trip.
Woken this morning to a raft of photos. Evidenced that they did the walk
At 4.30am and watched the sunrise!!

Better day at work. Wee walk to Penicuik house again and at lunch had a wander round the much vaunted Penicuik Storehouse. Locally run and full of local crafts and produce. Looks like a nice cafe but didn’t partake. Bought a few birthday presents only to be served by my ex neighbour from over 20 years ago. Probably more as she didn’t know I had children let alone a 22 year old. Quick catch up then home to clients.
Brokered a deal with my brother to go and rescue his garden form the jungle of weeds healer run riot so spent the evening splitting lots of my unruly plants.
Early start tomorrow, H to Barcelona at 5am!
