Dramatic sunset

We had a dramatic evening sunset tonight but these skyscapes are short-lived. Within minutes it was gone.
 
Today  spent getting ready for my first trip out of Scotland into England since pre Covid days. I am curious to see the changes.


We are going to the Hay book Festival for the first part of the ten-day event and already a look at the brochure shows a different emphasis on programming.

 
Two speakers I wanted to hear, Margaret Attwood and Tracy Emin, are now at the end of the ten-day event not the beginning, the slot usually allocated to big names.
 
So I have mixed feelings.
