It is a lovely sunny, warm morning here in Rishton, 12c and with a mild breeze.
We had made our house as presentable as possible for a viewing at 12:45 today.
Then we received a call from the Estate agent to say the viewer was no longer needing to view our property, because his offer on another house was accepted.
So we are going for a canal walk and then will continue boxing up books etc. Then we shall enjoy watching The Chelsea Flower Show on BBC 1.
