More PMA

I was back pounding the tarmac in the park this morning. The weather gods favoured me. It was a joy. 

A very sweaty joy, of course, but that is the name of the game. 

Leaving aside the warm sunshine, again the smell of newly mown grass and assorted flowers was an extra layer of joy. 

My PMA was good again today, and I got a lot of "stuff" done. None of it was very interesting.  

The end result is another park Blip from the Kirkcaldy Parkrun course. The Killer Hill follows that line of trees on the way down. Today I did 2 circuits of the park plus 4 extra runs up and down the hill.
