A busy working day, made much more challenging when J thought 4:45 would be a good time to get up for a shower. I convinced him to come back to bed, but I then struggled to get back to sleep myself. These light mornings aren’t helping his confusion about time. At least I was working from home so there wasn’t any travelling required.
