Deep in thought

A selfie today, taken before I headed off on a trot towards and around parts of clumber.

Shorts were showcased and I only got one nettle sting which was a big improvement on the last time I wore shorts running!

It was a lovely day for it and the forest felt nice and chilled in the breeze!
