I walked down to the shops this morning and noticed a truck with three sets of traffic lights on.

When I walked back I passed this set and lots of road works signs on the roadside.

When I drove down later there were two men with stop/go signs and they were doing a much better job than would have been achieved with lights. I don’t think the work was to fill the potholes :(
