Early summer

I'd say this is one of the iconic images of a Swedish summer. It may only exist in this shape a couple of weeks, if we're lucky but it's the inner image many Swedes live on through winter. At least if we live in the southern parts of Sweden where the winters mostly are grey, damp, dark and useless. I'm sure keibr or HarlingDarling can provide us with just as iconic winter images, should we want any this time of year.

My day has been easy going after yesterdays hectic concert job, I've done the shopping for the salad I'm going to make for Saturday, when it's time for the social gathering of about fifty people for my mutual birthday person and myself to fly kites and eat and sing together.
