Optician appointment

I needed to take the form to be filled in which needs to go back to the  cataract centre.
There were dozens to choose from but I couldn't decide.They were similar to mine. I'll look in town though I'm not sure there's still one there?
I put some plants in the front.Did some washing and have just watched a DVD I bought the other day in the Charity shop.
