I'm doing the gym every other day now as my knees are pretty poor, I need to phone the doctors for an appointment, but I also need the time to do it as am so busy right now in the run up to Art Trek.

Very wet weather today, I'm surprised I got anything at all, & it was a wet shot in itself! :) xxx
