Tried to get at least some of my first beer effort into bottles tonight. Learnt a lot and wished I'd read around the subject first.

A lot of beer on the floor and about the place. Not that much in bottles. What's in bottles might be a bit more chewy than it really ought to be

The good news is that it is quite tasty. Even better news is that it doesn't really matter and the next lot will be better.
