Lupins by the Lakeside

A pretty ordinary photo today. We spent a good while in Hameenlinna doing the shops. Lupins blooming by the lakeside. Flowers which are considered to be a pest and deserving of murder here in Finland. Well we have some in our gardens and I can assure you they will be encouraged to stay and flourish. They always remind me of my mother who always had them in her garden.
