My pesto is the besto!

Flicking through Abel and Cole's new cookbook, there was a section on making pesto. I usually use wild garlic or something similar but I gave broccoli a try. Whizzed up with some veggie Parmesan, sunflower seeds, seasoning and olive oil. Today, I stuffed some mushrooms with the pesto. Divine!
