Meconopsis

This is the first flower this year on the Himalayan Blue Poppies (Meconopsis). They were given to me a few years ago by my sister, as a challenge. They are not easy to grow, at least not in the east of Scotland. They would be happier in the west - somewhere cool with a high rainfall. I have now moved them to what I think is the wettest corner of the garden and they look quite promising.
