walking through Addenbrookes Hospital from Outpatients to the food court is like entering a beautiful distracting art gallery :)

Fortunately for me but unfortunately for the 4 doctors I saw in the vertigo clinic I was having a relatively symptom-free day. This makes diagnosis harder as to confirm the BPPV they like to see some disorder in the eyes also. I didn't help by shutting mine when I did have a brief funny turn but it's my natural reaction!

My hearing test was normal which was something good and I go back in a few weeks for a full vestibular assessment. The last chap I saw seemed to concentrate more on my headaches than earaches and suggested vestibular migraine as a possible alternative diagnosis - sort of good news as should be easily treatable with medication.

Not so good is no medication or exercises until I've been back, will be counting the days!
