In the Sidlaws
A cooler day with a dull start but that didn't deter us from taking our visitors for a walk in the Sidlaws.
There are some nice walls up there and, although hazy, the views were colourful.
A few butterflies and moths and a good variety of flowers, the water avens being the one only seen in one area.
We then had lunch at the Pinecone Cafe before coming home. Some more chat before they had to leave and we watched an exciting stage end of the Giro d'Italia.
I then did about an hour's gardening while Mr Rat made the tea.
