Candles in the wind …

Goldfinches love the conifers on our garden boundary. The ‘candles’ are at their best this week. There are also blue tits, robins, blackbirds and sparrows enjoying the cover. A beautiful sunny day. A very early voluntary shift, a morning’s computer work and an afternoon viewing the boys’ science week exhibition before the half term holidays begin. A lazy early evening walk from the house as the sun continues to shine!
