The bird house

Yes it's a bit overgrown, but there is a family of blue tits in my little bird box which makes me very happy.

Today was a low energy day.  Mild nausea but nothing else really bad, I just had absolutely no oomph to do anything and feel rather pathetic. People say its my body telling me to rest but I find it frustrating.  I know it will pass in a few days but I still don't like it. 

John took the girls swimming, then to zizzi for lunch.  They popped home briefly and then when to the park.  Ivy was delighted as two of her closest friends were there and they had a lovely time playing.  I'm glad they had a lovely day and John was home to entertain them.
