The Sky This Morning…..

…..was unreal…. If someone showed me this morning’s sky as a postcard I would not believe the colours were real. However this is how the sky was this morning. Glorious shades of dark blues and purples intermixed with bright pinks and reds. The flowing waters of the Taylor River were an interesting shade of lilac. It was an early morning to remember.
I had a very very busy day. Tasks in town with friend Dawn, lunch at Mitre 10 cafe… The day did not slow down. I met so many friends I had not seen for ages. My head was a whirl in the end.
Alas I missed out on doing the daily New York Times “Wordle” because I kept falling asleep.
